Daniel and Litesa Respond to Failed HB3216 Override Vote

Daniel Biss and Litesa Wallace released the following statement

 as the House failed to override Bruce Rauner's veto of HB3216.

"As Bruce Rauner lurches from crisis to crisis, tearing down public resources to promote a right-wing privatization agenda, working families like mine pay the price," said Litesa Wallace."It's not sustainable, and it's not right—that's why I introduced this common-sense step towards fiscal responsibility, and why Daniel and I are doing all we can to make Rauner's first term his last."
